Growth opportunity at all levels, rapidly expanding with opportunity to relocate. Great people, family environment. this company is foul of motivating like minded people, I love being a part of this group.

Pros

The pro's to the job include a company trip to Mexico and also great trips and gifts. Also a company truck with a good 401k plan and benefits. There is great leadership at the company through the ops department and its very transparent. The company always wants to make you want to work to your potential through bonus structures. GREAT company to work for. If you work hard they will place you in any position you want to be.

Cons

The con's are long days and alot of different responsibilities. Sometimes the schedules are scattered and your days are often 12 hours. Another con is dealing with crazy homeowners feeling pinned up against a wall because of the disconnect between sales and operations.
