Pros

Here at PHRG, you're treated like family. They want you to be better and will push you as a caring family member would to be better. The perks you can get for doing your best at PHRG doesn't hurt either as there are always custom-made promotions and bonuses you can achieve.

Cons

PHRG is a fast-paced company that caters to the highly-focused and determined individual. Since it can be demanding at times, PHRG will not wait around for the lackadaisical employee; as they're going to continue to grow and become bigger. If one cannot efficiently multi-task then this job is not for you.

Pros

Working for one of the fastest growing companies and one of the best cultures in america has been a blessing, I'm excited to wake up and go to work with my friends and be rewarded for all of the hard work I put in. It's truly a family here and Power does a great job making your significant other feel that way as well.

Cons

There are no slouches here, if you plan on being lazy and looking to get by, you will stick out very quickly and will not succeed here.

Pros

I work for PHRG. I came to the company with the hope of it being a place with great people and tons of room for growth. That is exactly what I got. They put a lot of time and effort into training their employees so they can gain the most out of the opportunity. I have learned tons of skills that do not just help me at work, but in every-day-life as well. Everyone I work with enjoys being at Power and wants to see me succeed. It a breath of fresh air to work for a company that treats its employees great and wants people to be happy at work. Needless to say, If you are looking for a place that will train you from the ground up and does not treat you like "just another number," Power is the place for you!

Cons

This is an opportunity the requires a lot of hard work and dedication. If you are not willing to put the work in, you will not reap the benefits of the rewards.
