Pros

Management that has hands-on experience in the role you work. There is constant mentoring to ensure that you continue to do develop down the right path, but also that allows you to be successful each and every day. Power believes in keeping their employees happy and constantly offers promotions, trips, prizes, etc to encourage employees to continually push themselves.

Cons

If you are afraid of hard work, this is not the place for you. Just like any job where you want to be successful, you will work longer/harder than the competition.

Pros

This could be a very long list, but anyone looking for a long term career with a company that has a vision, incredible growth, and amazing culture, among many other qualities, PHRG is the place for you. It is clear that PHRG's greatest asset is its people. From recognizing employees when it's due to a company holiday to Cancun, Power goes above and beyond to make sure you are thanked for your work. Personally I feel motivated everyday and I want to work for Power the rest of my working life.

Cons

I don't think I can come up with 20 words for this section, so I'll just say that I have been at power for almost 2 1/2 years and have moved from marketing, to sales, and now I'm in operations. The opportunity for advancement is there, new positions are created all the time as the company grows and continues to open new offices every year.
