Pros

Power has given me the opportunity to achieve several goals professionally and personally which I have not been able to find at other companies. The training programs and the team first mentality creates a culture which is second to none. The room to expand and grow makes people work hard everyday because they see the bigger picture.

Cons

Power is a very demanding work place. It is not for everyone. They demand the best out of people and there is no room to take a day off. You need to be willing to put others first and worry about yourself later.

There is no better office atmosphere than at Power, it is like being on a championship football team. Everyone is genuinely interested in your growth and also is willing to sacrifice their time for you. The attention to personal growth that management gives you proves that it is not just about selling, it's about being better men and women whilst changing an industry. Great bonuses, perks, and trips!

Cons

You will be constantly challenged; this is not for folks who want to do the minimum. It is also not for those who care only about themselves and their money.
