Pros

What's not to like?! This is not just another company, it's a family! I have been hear for less then a year and I've accomplished a lot more here then any other career I've had. I never thought I would have such great support from every single employee. The atmosphere is completely positive all the time, everyone reaches out when you ask for help and they never let anyone fail. If your looking for a company that will help you grow, keep you motivated, give you the support you need to succeed and make you feel part of a Family, this is it!!!

Cons

It can be stressful at times and if your not prepared it can drain you mentally.

Pros

I have been an employee here for over a year now and I can say Power is a great place to work. The culture is amazing, the atmosphere in the office is fun, and the people you work with become instant friends. Everything that was said to me since my interview till present day has come true. The training they give you is second to none and can be used for the rest of your life. This is a company that want's the absolute best for their employees and goes out of their way to show their thanks. Working for a company who shows their appreciation in the way they do makes you love your job. Power has a great support system, from team leaders, mentors, managers and Regional Vice Presidents you can go to anyone at any time for help. Everyone shares a common bond and is willing to bend over backwards to help. Power is a fast growing company and always hires from within when jobs open up. Overall working for Power has been great and I would not want to be anywhere else.

Cons

At times the schedule can be difficult, some days you may work a little longer and into the late evening. This is a job that requires mental toughness and an excellent work ethic. The more you put in the more you get out and your schedule gets easier.

my new Career

Pros

I've been working here for about six months now, and I haven't looked back. I was given an opportunity to work for this company and it has become my home away from home. Everyone at the company truly cares about each other, and is willing to go above and beyond what is expected, not because they have to, but because they want to. The culture is unlike any other job I've ever worked at before, it is really a work hard, play hard mentality. Every day I come to work is different than the day before and even more exciting and I continue to learn more about not only the industry but also about people. It can be common in some workplaces, that you are given a nominal amount of training at the beginning of your career and then just left to figure it out, that is not the case at Power. Training is on going, and since I was willing to learn, there was always someone who was willing to teach me because everyone wants everyone else to succeed. One of the best things about working here though is the unlimited potential for not only making money but also for advancement. The company is large, but still rapidly growing and so there are constantly new positions opening up all over the nation, and the company is small enough that new departments are created to fill voids that were not even known to exist. Power is not a company that cares where you came from or what industry you were in before. If you have the willingness to learn and be open, you are given all the tools needed to be successful and thrive not only professionally but also personally as well. It is something that could easily be taken for granted, but seeing the team culture permeate through the entire company gets me excited to wake up everyday and learn something new.

Cons

Like I mentioned it is a work hard, play hard environment and being such the amount of work you put in directly correlates to how much you get out of it. You must be willing to work hard to achieve your goals, and it isn't easy. But nothing in life worth having is easy. Expectations to perform are high and you must stay disciplined and give 110%, but the end result is being rewarded 5-fold. It is definitely not a job for everyone, and if you're looking for the easy way out, you're looking in the wrong place.
