Pros

Good pay for what we do. Chance to add to base salary everyday. Opportunity for moving up with the company. If marketing isn't your thing you can go into sales. Everyday is a chance to make more money than before but it does require hard work.

Cons

It is a tough job position. This is not for everyone. If you are not ready to hear NO every single day, deal with unkind people than this is not the job for you. Yes there is chance to make money everyday but not everyone does. Most people struggle with hitting the minimum requirements every week. It is possible just have to be prepared to work hard for it. And the hours are from 11 am to 7pm. Not written in stone though, sometime we have to come in at 10 and a lot of times teams will stay out till 8pm.

Pros

Very team oriented. Very motivational environment. Promotes from within. Everyone starts in entry level position so everyone can help you when needed.

Cons

If your time and drive permits that's great. My resume doesn't scream door to door sales rep but if you don't mind it then POWER is for you!!

Pros

Power is a company that gives you the tools to succeed and then the freedom and space to flourish. Innovation comes from within, from all levels, and the people that work hard and drive the company forward are often recognized for their achievements. The pay is fair and is structured in a way to get the most out of it's employees. The atmosphere is great as well. The average employee is 29 years old and everybody is friends with everybody. Every employee has easy access to superiors if needed, for whatever reason, and your thoughts and considerations are always accepted willingly. Power is a fantastic place to learn, grow, and make a career for yourself.

Cons

As some have said, it's a demanding work environment. It can be long hours, it can be stressful work, and it can be tiring, but it's worth it. The company does plenty to give you the opportunities you deserve if you work hard for them.
