Strong leadership! Power has grown substantially over the last 10 years, even when the housing market crashed. Our leaders aren't just someone you report you, they are inspiring to look up to. They allow employees to strive and perform at the highest standards possible and with the constant positive support, they allow not only the company to grow and develop, but their employees as well.

Cons

"Always proud, never satisfied" is the mentality to live by here at Power. With that being said, it is a very high demanding company to work for. Good things come to those who work hard!

Power is a growing company who provides support and opportunity to all employees throughout the business. Great leadership creates an ideal culture that puts people first. Transparency throughout the organization creates strong friendships up and down the corporate ladder. Power discriminates against people with negative attitudes and will only allow you to be surrounded by positive people who share a passion to become better.

Cons

Sometimes can be long hours but everyone has the opportunity to control their earning potential through hard work.

Cons

Power demands the best out of you. One cannot simply show up. If you like to work hard and get recognized for it, Power is the place for you.
