Pros

I remember my first day at Power. I remember meeting all the employees in the office, and thinking to myself how smart, funny, and warm everyone was. Power just seemed like a really cool place to work. As I look back, I can say without question, I was right. I just didn't know how right I was. Nearly four years later, I couldn't be happier Working for Power. I have experienced amazing amounts of support and I have been given true empowerment toward achieving a success I wouldn't have previously thought possible. Professional advancement is available in multiple positions throughout the company with expansions in existing offices occurring, and new offices opening yearly. Power Home Remodeling Group is a company on the rise. With a focus on developing potential leaders, encouragement of personal and professional growth, and continual training, the company is experiencing massive growth. Innovation is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and there is an attitude that we can be better than we were the day before, together. It is apparent in the culture of each office and is messaged from the top down. Hard work, Dedication, and innovation are rewarded with Company Trips to Mexico, paid time off, and monthly and incentive based bonuses. It shows that the Executive Group cares about their employees that love is reflected in every level of the company. Simply put, I love working here. It's an amazing place to be a part of, and I've never worked any where like it. The people here are smart, they are funny, and ultimately, they will make you better than you were the day you walk through the doors.

Cons

Hard work is expected, you may occasionally have to work long hours, you will have to challenge yourself, you must be ethical, you may have a shared sense of success, you may find happiness, and you may gain Professional and Personal fulfillment. If you think that these things are Cons, then this probably isn't the place for you.

Pros

Young work environment filled with a great team spirit and drive to make everyday count. Still being small enough to having quality one on one time with upper management is a huge plus. Is a place I am pushed to do my best and think outside the box .

Cons

The dress code is the biggest con to me, just think i can get just as much done dressing more comfortable then having to where a shirt and tie everyday.
