Vast opportunities for growth both individually and as a company, extremely friendly working atmosphere, employees are valued and appreciated, executives are very hands on and involved, time is invested by all to ensure new employees are well trained

Cons

Incredibly upbeat, fun, competitive and supportive place to work. I've worked here for just under a year and the most amazing aspect of this company is how much they care about me as an individual; my family, my personal life, everything. Professionally, they give me all the tools and resources I need to succeed and leave it up to me to use them to my benefit. I'm surrounded with people who root for me and not against me and because of that I have the ability and the potential to be as successful as I want to be, both financially and professionally.

Cons

The only downside is the hours can be tiresome and long. It's important to find a good work/life balance
