Pros

Power is a company that does right by the homeowners that they serve, but also invests a lot into their employees. They promote leadership and want nothing more than to see their employees strive and succeed. Its truly a company where anything is possible for your career. Theres is a lot of room for upward growth for your career with the company expanding rapidly and the company only promoting from within. There is also unlimited earning potential. Sales and marketing jobs have great commissions. With the promotions and bonuses that the company offers, many employees make well over 100k a year. Coming out of college, power has allowed me to have earnings that most people would have to wait years to achieve at a standard company. Thats the great thing about the job, the harder you work the more you get paid. You truly earn your money and you get paid what you deserve for your hard work.

Sometimes there are days you work unique hours and have some long drives
