Pros

Do you work somewhere that the leadership group empowers you everyday? I do. Finding success at Power is definitely attainable. Not because everything is given to you, but because the recipe for success is clear. You don't need to be the office politician. You don't need to have the longest tenure. All you need is a great attitude and a great work ethic. It may seem like a big crock but trust me, I've been at Power for over 6 years and I am a witness to and a product of the great opportunities and accomplishments.

Cons

With the amazing growth we have experienced, I would love to see Power with a childcare center in the near future.

Pros

Power is a company that is still very much in its youth but has accomplished so much in just 23 years. They have opened several branches and are going to open many more around the country. How many companies are out there with that kind of outlook. As an employee this is very appealing due to the opportunities to grow within the company. The office has a great team that looks out for each other. I have made several friendships that I plan on keeping even if I don't work there one day. The management team is one of the best I have ever worked for and they have shown a willingness to support their team in any way possible. This is a unique job with unique challenges. If one is willing to keep a positive outlook, it is easy to make this job work for you. Despite the commission only scale, there is an ability to earn serious money. You will literally earn what you're worth and what you put into your craft. Many of the guys are on a six figure earnings pace and it's only June. The job requires learning the material, presenting the information to homeowners, and hopefully coming to an agreement to renovate their home. This is a very gratifying experience and there is no funny business about it. Power offers homeowners some of the best products out there coupled with the best installation and care. I've literally had homeowners embrace me with hugs, and even feed me dinner for our efforts. If someone fails at this job, it is a reflection of the individual's abilities. The company has done their best to set up the best possible opportunities for their reps.

Cons

Hours can be long at times. The job requires long travels from time to time. You will definitely be on the road. However, from what I understand other jobs often require the same thing.

Pros

Power provides an excellent, young culture. They have some of the hardest working and most helpful people working alongside you. They provide unlimited earning potential and require little experience. There is constant training and assistance to keep everyone on top of their game and tons of support for the difficulties of the job. You are gifted the opportunity to start out making a ton of money through their unparalleled business approach of specialized positions allowing you to flourish at whatever position best suits you.

Cons

The only downside to this job is the long hours. As a sales specialist you are required to be on call from 10 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 2 pm Saturdays. Many times you are leaving for work at 8:30 or 9:00 to make 40-50 mile drives to your first appointment and then do not get done until late at night. It is impossible to make plans for any day other than Sunday so it provides a terrible work-life balance starting out. You do get one morning off a week and the potential to earn nights and Saturdays off down the road.
