Pros

Earning Potential is high but is still very tough

Cons

No car compensation and one call close sales process which is difficult. Frat house mentality. IF you make it into the good ol' boy club they will do everything to make sure you succeed.

Pros

Excellent group of individuals that have all different backgrounds but very like minded. Such a high energy environment and "go getter" mentality is instilled among the employees which enhanced the overall performance of the teams. It is easy to find a mentor in a room full of such great minds. Hours are great especially if you are not a morning person having the shift start at 11am. Also you are not stuck behind a desk all day as you are going door to door. Plenty of room to grow within the company and hard work is recognized and acknowledged.

Cons

The cons are more of an ethical matter rather than the actual work environment although it isn't pleasant when you are walking door to door in the snow or rain. Ethically, I do not agree with the sales strategy they use. It is very aggressive and misleading. Working every other Saturday is annoying as well.
