Pros

Opportunity. Benefits. Growth. You get paid training, one on one attention, team support, promotions, on the ground management and most importantly people (everyone) who are willing to sacrifice to ensure your success. I have grown as person, employee and leader with the life lessons I have acquired here. Oh yeah and Power is no where near done growing!!

Cons

None. You will work hard. You will always be encouraged and challenged to improve. Power is always evolving and pushing the industry forward, so there will always be ongoing training. The rewards for the grind make it more than worth it.

Pros

yes. you walk around all day so you get good exercise. and sometimes you can play wiffleball at a park nearby.

Cons

i would not suggest anyone work here. it is a door to door job from 11-8. they will feed you tons of lies and hype up the job to be something it is not. more than half the people dont even have a college education. stay away

Pros

Great outside sales experience, awesome employees in the company that really care about your success. Regional Vice Presidents of office are available to help you in any way possible, which is a huge plus to working for Power. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

100% travel, weird work hours because you're on call 6 days a week and never really know when you're going to work. Also working day to day reflects how much money you can make because the payment structure is all commission
