Pros

While at power, I was treated like a member of a very close family. My department was such a tight knit group of people that became friends, and not just coworkers. I learned a lot at power that I will carry with me throughout my entire life.

Cons

For me, I enjoyed the time I spent at Power. No complaints here.

Pros

My career at Power has been everything that I could ask for and more. The work environment is second to none, and the people that you work with are the right people to surround yourself with, both personally and professionally. I have been with the company for over 3 years, and everything that is promised to you is very achievable with hard work and dedication. You are given all of the tools to succeed from day one. There is high level initial and ongoing training, a massive support system, and coworkers who truly have your best interests in mind. It is truly a work environment where you get out what you put in. I have worked in marketing, sales, and quality assurance and at each level of the business there are promotions, friendly competitions, and plenty of incentives that are put in place to create a fun and lucrative work experience day in and day out. I wouldn't trade my experience with this company for anything, and I am excited to continue my experience with Power. If you are driven, willing to learn, looking for career advancement opportunity, and a great atmosphere this is the company for you. We work a lot, but the compensation that we get in terms of pay, benefits, and incentives is more than fair.

Cons

We work a lot, but if you want to succeed then the opportunity is worth the heavy work load. A lot of people on here Collin that the bonus levels are hard to achieve. In my experience that is untrue. The bonus levels are challenging as they should be. You have to beat the best to be the best, and you are competing against very talented individuals, but I have been successful in all aspects of the bonuses and have seen countless people consistently achieve high levels bonuses.

Pros

This company and career opportunity will test you, it will teach you and set a foundation for those who are looking for upward mobility. If you buy in, stay disciplined and put in the hours with the will to succeed they will be behind you every step of the way to achieve your goal and create that financial freedom that so many of us desire. Not to mention a culture that is the closest thing to a fraternity that you can ask for in the work force. Along with performance incentives almost monthly with prizes as low as a iphone, ipad, or xbox all the way to a trip to Europe. Oh yea and once a year they do a all inclusive trip to a five star resort to Cancun, Mexico which Snoop Dawg attended last year.

Cons

Schedule can seem overwhelming but the juice is always worth the squeeze
