Pros

You get paid for the work and effort you put in. I will make over 100k in a year without a college degree ; ) yeaaaa buddyyyy. The previous guy that posted the negative review most likely sucked and was afraid to talk to people. It is very easy to reach 6 estimates in a pay period and you can absolutely make over 50k a year if you work hard and make this job a career . There are many different position to get promoted to and make more money. If people complain about this job they #1 Suck or #2 they just aren't good or meant for sales. Btw the Christmas party is a 4 day trip all expenses paid to cancun Mexico . Man this place suck.HA!

Cons

Long hours at times (75% of the time 11-7/730 25% 11-8) you only physically work for 5 hours. Dealing with weather

Pros

Power was my first job out of college. That was 8 years ago. The company has changed in countless ways since my arrival. The one thing that has remained is the emphasis on people. The company isn't for everyone. We work really hard and the company forces all it's people to push themselves. Often what we do isn't glamourous. But anyone who is honest, will see that organization truly cares about people. That's what's kept me here for 8 years. The owners care about everyone. They don't let one person hold back the opportunity of hundreds of others. My best friends in the world are my co-workers and managers. 8 years after graduating I'm just really happy.

Cons

The company is a VERY demanding place to work. It's result oriented. That's not ideal for everyone. The few angry reviews I just read however are not a true depiction of a genuinely good and kind place.

Pros

With Corey and Asher leading the way the sky is the limit. They are as brilliant as they are as dedicated to the company and the employees. If you work hard and smart you will be noticed. The culture is fantastic and it feels like a "family environment."

Cons

Long hours, upward mobility will be realized but is limited. "Marketing" will be grassroots. If you are afraid to earn your paycheck you aren't ready for this role. There will be rejection but learning how to deal with that will prepare you for life.
