Pros

Unlimited earning potential and a second to none culture around the office is what makes Power different from any other company that I have worked for! The support system is great and everybody in the office is willing to take time out if their to help those people that need guidance.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge at first but once you get used to the different hours it becomes very easy! The company is very open with giving time off if needed. Also, the beginning training is very difficult and rigorous, but is worth the time and hard work that was put in!

Great people and atmosphere! Daily challenges and triumphs through excellent teamwork! Constantly surrounded by great work ethics! My company's essence inspires me not only to be better at my job, but its also helped me seek perfection of character for my life!

Cons

The Coffee needs major improvement hahaha but still serves its purpose and gets the job done!

Some of the best reasons to work for power is the experiences, Its like your second family. Everyone is so nice, and you will gain great friends. You always have room to grow and prove yourself. Its a positive work place.

Cons

The coffee room sometimes is a little messy and out of sugar and cream. And the bathrooms could be cleaner.
