Pros

Really outstanding environment and company culture, particularly if you're a recent graduate. The opportunity to rise quickly is very real, and you do learn quite a bit along the way. Strongly recommended if you intend to develop sales and verbal communication skills. All of the employees are amazing supportive and competitive, which really has a unique way of bringing the best out of everyone involved. I can genuinely say that I have a great time at work. The overall growth and direction of this company is nothing but positive.

Cons

Company performance averages can be misleading. It is possible to make a good bit of money working with Power, but during your interview process, you will be sold on the position. For most, you really will have to cut your teeth in the beginning before you start to earn in the way that is advertised. That being said, it is very much attainable.

Pros

Free trip to mexico! Only reason they do is because the job sucks so bad they try and make you happy somehow. By the way you still have to pay all your travel expenses to get there. Thats about it.

Cons

Lets make you work 12 hr days plus saturdays and lie to people so company can make a buck. Tell you its salary plus commission at interview but is a 100% commission. Train you to mislead and lie to potential customers and force them to buy on first visit. Very manipulative. STAY AWAY unless you are completely desperate. If you like lying to people and misleading people face to face daily this is the job for you.

Pros

The culture is fun and there is the potential to make decent money

Cons

Your job is your life. Being on call 6 days a week and never knowing your schedule makes it very difficult to have a balance work/personal life
