Pros

This company is filled with individuals who are hungry for an opportunity to create a career for themselves, and Power provides you with all of the tools to do so. The culture and work environment at this company are second to none. Hands on training coupled with helpful co-workers who are in the same position make for a very team-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, uncapped earning potential is definitely there for those who are willing to work hard for it.

Cons

The only con would be some days with longer hours, however once you hit certain levels of accomplishment you are able to develop a more regular schedule for yourself. The schedule is a small sacrifice for the type of income and career you can find here.

Very Misleading

Pros

Apparently there is a 4 day all-expense paid trip to Mexico every year. Other than that, they seem pretty easygoing about stuff.

Cons

They flat out lied about numerous things... 1. they promised full medical, and then on the first day give you a booklet of packages for you to pick what you want to pay for. 2. they claim there are different positions. For example, I was hired as a management trainee. But in reality, they are all the same thing. 3. they describe the job as either marketing or sales. Sales is going into people's homes on nights and weekends to try to get them to buy products....walking door-to-door and standing at a kiosk in a store is what they consider "marketing" 4. I was also lied to about how the commission structure worked. They hire about 10 new people every week because so many people realize after the fact that they were mislead about a great career opportunity.
