Pros

None this place was awful

Cons

It’s a door to door marketing scheme DO NOT fall for it. They also force the employees to write reviews on this website to make it seem like it’s a great place to work when it’s not

Pros

Most people want to see you succeed but know you’ll most likely be just another 2 month door knocker for the company.

Cons

Everyone is on drugs. The entire company is a scam. The only people making money are the original people who started the office. They promise you financial freedom (only way you make it in the company is by having no morals) you solicit door to door and they rip every customer off. The door knockers set the apt (people make fake Apts to earn more cash) the salesmen going to the Apts try to hard close you on the first visit selling the customer at the highest price possible and once the customer says “no I would like to think about it” the sales rep will act like he’s giving you a family discount and try to close the customer again if the customer wasn’t a sucker for the first price given all on the first meet up. Only reason company is rated as “best company for millennials” is bc during meetings every month they make all the employees fill out a company review and if they don’t they get in trouble

Pros

People were friendly and welcoming

Cons

They use their employees to recruit people by overpromising and stretching the truth about the reality of the job. Understand that the people (even friends) who are recruiting you are getting paid big referral bonuses for bringing people on and they are pressured to find new workers and to post positive reviews on the site. The actually marketing job duties is going door to door and getting appointments for the sales people to close. You will be dropped off in a neighborhood and expected to go door to door for more then 8 hours every day. No one starts on sales you have to begin in marketing. If you are experienced in sales or college educated or value your skills.. keep job searching .
