Pros

Good opportunity to make money if you are great at what you do and lucky at it as well.

Cons

The company can take money out of your pocket. As a FM you earn money based on your appointments that are "demoed". If the company reschedules the appointment they do not have to pay you. I as well as many others lost a lot of money this way. This was a great way to make good money but then they changed the pay structure and they can take the work that you did and not pay you for it in the new pay structure....

Pros

I've worked here for almost nine years across multiple roles, and throughout that time, I've always felt like I matter. Management genuinely cares about helping you grow into the best version of yourself. If you're willing to put in the work, there are countless opportunities to learn, advance, and take on new challenges. There's mentorship and support every step of the way. The people here are kind, funny, and hard-working—I've made lifelong friendships that I truly cherish.

Cons

The pros far outweigh any cons that come up along the way.

Pros

The people are great overall, ended up making some good friends.

Cons

Almost no opportunity unless you are willing to relocate and even then it's slim. They will entice you to work longer and harder including late nights and weekends for opportunities that do not exist. The compensation structure is not great, we made less money year over year. In order to get your bonuses, which you need to live decently, you again have to work late nights and weekends. It's a hampster wheel where protocols and processes do not change to make things better or more efficient. Management will push and push so they can hit their goals regardless of yours. It's always on you and not on them.
