Pros

NONE. I promise. This place is a joke. They lie at every turn.

Cons

Please heed the other warnings here. This place is a pyramid scheme in disguise. (Minimum unattainable quotas, convoluted commission, and you have to buy your own uniforms and use your own car and they don’t reimburse you for anything) I was hired to be a “sales rep”. I was told I’d be going to people’s home who wanted me there to give them quotes on home remodeling options. Simple enough. Well once they hire you they tell you that’s not true. They want you knocking on doors for 6 days a week regardless of weather and you MIGHT get the chance to step into the role you were originally hired for. They pay you $500 a week before taxes and the commission goals are so unattainable that NOBODY on my team bonused while I was there. All the while, they’re expecting you to train and practice at home and off the clock. My first two weeks there I was working 12 hour days every day because of how much extra work and studying they give you to brainwash you with their socially engineered scripts. I don’t know what they’re putting in the kool aid but people there are overly happy for basically being treated like irreplaceable nobodies. The turnover is insane though. I was forced to work with heat stroke and they underpaid me on my final paycheck. Do not even bother with this place. They prey on desperate people seeking to leave their current jobs. They are run by frat bros who vape nonstop in the office and treat everyone else like second class. Never have I been in such a toxic environment. You’ll make more and be happier doing pretty much any other job. Save yourself the time and don’t even bother with this sad excuse for a company.

Pros

They seem to care at first, & the training is the best part because you’re not actively lying to homeowners.

Cons

So many cons. The hours are super weird. You’ll either start at 9AM or 12PM, & not finish doing stuff until 6PM or later (& they encourage you to stay later often). You have to use your own car to drive to territories. As a customer development rep, you’re basically going door to door to get people to do free estimates. The free estimate is an overly pushy sales tactic to buy overpriced windows. I got to see one of these estimates myself, & I will say, the salesperson I was with was not super pushy, but it was beyond long & dragged out forever is what it seemed like. I also had to drive an hour there & an hour back in my own car with no mileage compensation. You’re going to have to memorize a whole script in two weeks, & they will hold that 2k base salary over your head as long as they can. The script is so manipulative, & there is a reason for every. Single. Word. In that script. If you can withstand feeling like a burden, & can see the value in this scammy free estimate, it’s amazing money.
