Pros

-Ability to make over 6 figures -Offers to train you and teach you how to sell -Trip to Mexico in Winter -Willing to hire a person w/o college degree

Cons

-schedule is 6 days a week, very few holidays, are asked to "volunteer" on as many sundays as possible. -No reimbursement for gas or insurance or mileage. (insurance is 1 mil $ in coverage) -Will not hire directly into sales, have to market first for minimum 3 months - 100% commission and expected to do a ton of extra work for free that's labeled as "doing the right thing when no one is looking" - Really high attrition rates, very revolving door

Pros

There’s actually zero pros here

Cons

When you first sign on they tell you the kind of money you could make, but in reality you only get a percentage of that amount. You also don’t get paid that percentage until the job has been installed. You also have zero control of the real leads you get because they’re all solicited and people can cancel jobs at anytime. They tell you there’s a company wide trip to Mexico but they also don’t tell you that you have to pay for your ticket as well.

Pros

they take you to mexico for 3 days in december since you work 6-7 days a week and only get 7 days off a year

Cons

-base salary sucks -they say you have potential to make a lot of money yet tons of overtime is required to do so, and once its broken down hourly it is the same as a poor paying 9-5 -cliquey-if your not up the managers butts, you go no where in the company -pride themselves on "womens summits" and "leadership conferences" however you only get invited if your friends with the managers -company schemes, is phony, and is a complete false reality
