Pros

This is my first job right out of college. During my initial interview I was told that I could earn between 70-90 thousand my first year. I decided to take the job thinking that even if this was a slight exaggeration, I would at least make 60 thousand. Turns out that everything they said in the interview was true and my first full calendar year I made 110k and put up over a million dollars in volume. The culture is amazing and I couldn't imagine a better work environment than the one we have at Power. Everyone in the organization truly wants to change the industry for the better and the executives genuinely care about the employees, and they show it with amazing bonuses, dinners, trips to Mexico, etc. The opportunities within Power are endless, and I am extremely happy that I decided to take this job.

Cons

Not a 9-5 job. You must work evenings and saturdays.

Pros

The earning potential at Power directly mirrors the effort you put in—no smoke, no mirrors. In an age where hourly wages and fixed salaries can blur the connection between productivity and reward, Power’s model is refreshingly straightforward: you get exactly what you earn. It’s a system rooted in merit and fairness, where results speak louder than titles or tenure. What truly sets Power apart is its vision. It’s rare to see any company—let alone an exterior remodeling business—carry itself with the innovation, professionalism, and polish you’d expect from a tech giant. Power is the Google or Apple of our industry, transforming the image of home remodeling from the old “guy in a truck” stereotype into something modern, aspirational, and customer-focused. Every detail, from how we present ourselves to how we deliver results, reflects a commitment to raising the standard for the entire field. Working here doesn’t just mean having a job—it means being part of a movement that’s reimagining what home remodeling can be.

Cons

While Power offers incredible opportunities, there are aspects of the culture and schedule that may not be for everyone. At times, communication and management style can feel overly directive, which may come across as talking to adults like they’re inexperienced or in need of constant oversight. For self-driven, seasoned professionals, this can occasionally feel constraining. The schedule is another important consideration. The structure is demanding—late nights are common, and Saturdays are mandatory—which can be challenging for those with families, personal commitments, or a need for a more traditional work-life balance. This is a role that requires significant personal flexibility, and not every lifestyle will align with that reality.

Pros

Fun work environment until you do not work every single day.

Cons

Work you to the bone. You are only required to work every other weekend, but if you do not work every weekend you are told you are not working hard enough. They also brainwash you into thinking that you are not successful because you are lazy.
