Pros

Some of the staff members.

Cons

Too many to list, but the cult-like atmosphere is #1. From the way they sell you in the interview, with half-truths, to the way they slowly break down your social conditioning; this place operates in a way to remove any resistance you have to the work. They pay is also awful. Sure, some make great money strong-arming retirees into "estimates", but the majority are busting themselves too keep theirs heads above water. Don't believe the; "You'll make six figures!" sales pitch in the interview. There's a reason they lose 46% of employees in the first 90 days.

Pros

Decent pay if you put the work in 12 hrs plus a day.

Cons

Unpaid driving, long commutes. Unpaid workshops and unnecessary time in office. Work life balance is non-existent. Poor and narcissistic behavior from leadership, they think they’re better than you and will vocalize it. People are decent but the toxic behavior ruins it. Company culture is built around mandatory fun and drinking.

Culty and Toxic

Business Outlook

Pros

The CD and Sales teams are good people. It's a consistent schedule. There is the ability to make some good money. Yearly end of year trip, based on performance.

Cons

Toxic environment. Management is rude, if you have a rough week you're a zero but if you make them money you're a hero. Built like a pyramid scheme where the money flows upwards. Pay you a base salary of $100 so hopefully you go and sell those windows or you won't be able to afford your own rent while management flexes on you their extravagant golf trips and trips to Mexico. Feels dishonest and takes advantage of predominantly older folks at home alone looking for somebody to talk to. Products and services are overpriced. Only growth opportunities are to move to in-home sales and eventually to open your own office. No lateral movement, no other departments. Transferring to warehouse was a pain.
