Pros

You will learn sales skills.

Cons

long and late hours, bad leads, time consuming appointments, deceitful sales tactics and the feeling of taking advantage of people that dont know any better. Be prepared to drive an hour for 7pm appointments that last 4 hours on average (time is monitored by location tracking) and be expected to only get paid if the client makes the haisty discision to purchase thousands of dollars with of windows at midnight. If you dont sell, you get paid zero, even if the client calls back the next day and says they want to move forward.

Pros

Meet some cool people during work

Cons

Cult-like culture If you aren’t in the clique, you wont survive and will be let go. Pyramid scheme feel culture Friends of higher ups get special treatment and undeserved promotions VERY low salary. Can’t live off the base salary High turnover

Pros

Good sales training classes. I guess a competitive culture?

Cons

Will hire you with a $6,000 sign-on bonus and continue to dangle that in your face so you continue door knocking instead of being a sales consultant that you were hired as. Fast forwards two months of being Yea yea no problemed when questioning moving to sales; they then fire you 8 days before your $6,000 sign-on bonus is supposed to be paid out, and the reason is "your not really making money"
