Pros

They offer a premier product that clients love.

Cons

The recruiting process was full of lies. They promised sign on bonuses that never came to fruition, and recruited me to the Remodeling Consultant position, yet had me working in another role that wasn't discussed. Once training started, they had us knocking doors for the next 2 months until the next review/training period to take SDRs to Sales, and there was no guarantee you would even be considered to "graduate" to the sales role. I have no problem with that type of setup, but the lies just to get you to join the company was very disappointing -and frustrating. They were also misleading about pay, so you are making minimum during training when you are pitched a 6 figure job. On top of it all, very cult-y vibes.

Pros

Employees are great, heartbreaking to see the gaslighting.

Cons

Misrepresentation of income Classic cult like and narcissistic tactics like "future faking" promise of something tomorrow if you do XYZ today. Brazen lies about everything, cheap, and a rap sheet of discrimination and delegation of territory with a performative wokeness to mask it and rabid harassment. It's evident they like veterans because they feel they won't "question the process" and it's heartbreaking to watch. I fail to see how anything they do is legal, well actually- I guess it's not. They even filled a minimum wage exception (outdoor sales) while telling people they will make six figures. PS: I fail to see anyway they meet the exception standards.

Pros

Product is good so you feel good installing

Cons

Mismeasures all day, missing products, jobs not spec properly, no extra pay for extra work, if you’re good they run you ragged fixing other bad crews work. No appreciation for what it takes to do a job right. Most people in charge of your spot have never swung a hammer and wouldn’t know the difference between a nail and a screw
