Very misleading job description. Was told that prospects were pre-qualified and you would not have to generate any leads. After a short 8 day training period, you are required to recite the sales pitch verbatim then go door to door in order to generate leads. If not, disciplinary actions will take place (verbal then written). I was written up after 2 weeks of employment. I did not sign the reprimand but I did issue my letter of resignation. I have been in sales for well over twenty five years and very successful but wanted to test the market for a different career.

Wow. Where to begin. This place wants to indoctrinate and absorb you into their culture- never to escape. They promise they care and they love you and they're different- what a joke. They are disingenuous, cut throat, Empire builders who squeeze every ounce of effort out of you, and then do everything possible to push you out if you question their motives. They promise earnings that eclipse every other job out there- yet when you start realizing those heights- they begin to find ways to push you out. Management, at every level, are brain washed sycophants; it's the "Power way" or you are an outsider. Make sure you give them 10-14 hours a day- and then commit the other 10-14 hours left in the day to "hang out" with the other lemmings or be deemed as "not serious about Power". If you want to work in a narcissistic, deluded, fantasy land- send your resume immediately.
