Pros
not many. there is money to be made but they exaggerate a lot. its an outdoor, door-to-door sales job.
Cons
Extremely long hours and absolute no work/life balance. Constantly piling on more hours without paying their employees for doing so. they first tell you the job is 11-7, but expect to be at the office at 9am for training and other tasks 4 out of the 5 days of the week. and don't forget the mandatory saturday "half shifts" that are usually 7 hours. and they also tell you about the 'endless' opportunities but when you hit goals required to achieve that new oppertunity don't be surprised when your rvp tells you no.
