Pros

1) You get to arrive at 10:00 am. 2) Most of the folks you work with are really cool

Cons

Oh wow, where to begin... 1) The "marketing" position is a door-to-door sales job. Don't let them trick you in to "event" marketing or anything, it is full on walking around a neighborhood for 5-6 hours knocking on 60-80 doors trying to get people to sign-up for a window estimate 2) The "retail" marketing job is sitting inside of a BJ's and bugging people who are shopping to hear you out on a windows sales pitch, with a 90% chance they have no need for windows. Complete waste of time. 3) The idea of "we want people who want to be managers" is just b.s. lingo to get you excited about knocking on doors and if you stick around more than 3 months, the turnover is so high that you may move in to a "manager" role, which means you get to drive the vans. Oooooh, what an honor. Seriously, if you interview with this company and you have a college degree- do not take it. Unless you are THAT desperate for income.

Pros

The pay is almost decent.

Cons

Terrible company. They treat their employees like disposable trash. They tell you that you can advance and grow in the company, but the fact is no matter how great you're doing they will not move you up. They call it marketing but really its just door to door ( that's not marketing btw). They tell you all this money you can make but in retrospect they are constantly changing how the pay structure works. They do mass firings about every 3 months(20-40 ppl). O yes and the worst of all when you apply to for other jobs employers see this and scoff at it. One last thing the CEO Corey something else, He actually talks trash to his employees in front of a whole crowd so everyone can here him.

Pros

Umm, let me think. Well there was - Oh wait, that's also a con

Cons

The whole thing is a joke. You have to pay for more insurance and your own gas, and no one wants to buy the product. I can't believe this place is even able to keep acquiring new leads. What kind of people even answer the door for a complete stranger, let alone agree to an appointment for a windows estimate? It's ridiculous. You might close 1 or 2 deals a week if you're lucky. Bottom line, salesmen make NO MONEY doing this. It's a pyramid scheme, plain and simple.
