Pros

Nothing at all. Run far, far away.

Cons

Grueling training with 10 hour days plus an extreme amount of memorization at home Manipulative door to door tactics instructing you to insult people's homes Toxic male dominated work environment Homophobic and transphobic rhetoric spoken in training class Women only allowed to be clerks for the most part with only 2 women out of 100 employees in sales, and managers would call them "the girls" Trainer had a verbal argument with a home owner with me there telling her "are you gonna hit me?!" Forgot to give us training pay in first paycheck, said there was nothing they could do, made us wait two more weeks for it They tell you it's for an in home sales position, then have you walking neighborhoods in the rain for 8 hours a day Could have to commute up to 2 hours to a neighborhood

Pros

HQ is really nice, money can be made with a lot of hard work and a bit of luck.

Cons

Inside Sales Management is terrible, instead of developing talent they micromanage and drain employees. They changed bonus structure multiple times making it much harder to earn weekly bonuses and commission. Top performers are asked to write 5 start reviews about the company. These are "voluntary " but they keep track and make sure reviews are submitted. As one of the top agents I was constantly asked to write one by HR and management and they wouldn't stop bothering me until I did it. Culture is very much like a cult, you need to 100% buy in and become a Power robot. Employees are genuinely unhappy and burnt out, more than 95% of my coworkers quit or transferred by the time I quit as well.

Pros

Bizarre Bonus payouts which Im sure will go away when the capital firm that invested in them wants quick ROI and the current economic climate goes down the crapper even further, cuts gotta come from somewhere

Cons

No regard for labor laws, bro culture, bait and switch, promote from within so lower level management could most likely not even manage the night shift at mcdonalds
