Pros

You can actually learn some cool tools on reading people and communication

Cons

It’s a terrible job with no real opportunities.. it’s the new modern sales nightmare company. 10 years from now they will be notorious for their tactics and people will grow wise to them

Pros

Seem to care about their workers, flexible time schedules (ish) and try to work around life events.

Cons

Empty promises. It’s a door to door sales job. If you hit your numbers, that’s great! They use verbiage like “you’d be best suited for our senior sales role” and feed you a script to get you into the door. Once there, you’re thrown into door to door sales to prove yourself when you’re told you’d be best suited elsewhere. Oh, also fed a $4k sign on bonus (when you get to sales…) All in all, the people are cool, but are they really or was it all just a front?

Pros

There is an all expense paid trip to Mexico each year. The insurance is great. Two weeks accrued PTO from the start and a week of sick time. 20% discount on the product. Referral bonus.

Cons

This has been the worst company I have ever worked for. Don't let the awards and accolades fool you. I had three interviews with 3 people and none of them were true. I was lied to about what my position was, what I would get in the position, about my pay. The only thing that was true was that I got a company vehicle and 60K salary. The product is cheap and poor quality and the install is awful 8/10 times. They hire subcontractors who don't know how to install the product and never fire them when they do really bad installs or sketchy things. They primarily promote from within to their project services department, but almost no one in the department has any construction experience. Sales will lie about everything just to get customers to sign over an exorbitant amount of money and once the bad install is complete they don't really care to fix it. I was told my hours were 7-4 with an hour lunch and I never got a lunch (which is illegal) and I also worked well passed 4pm everyday with no additional compensation. 70 hour work weeks are the norm. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much you will never be valued.
