Pros

You get paid for what you earn at this company. If you are someone that is goal and money oriented, you can go very far at Power. They give you all the training tools to succeed with confidence right out the gate. Their hiring process is the best I’ve personally ever experienced. There is a wonderful support system within the executives to push you where you need to go and to help you carve a path for your future. The company has amazing benefits and even sends all their employees on a 3 day resort/ music festival vacation with a +1. Not to mention they also pay for many events to create a family environment amongst the employees to encourage that much more support. When Power says they focus on making their employees happy, they mean it.

Cons

With great financial reward comes great expectation, it isn’t easy work. If you are lazy you will either learn how not to be or you will fail. Either way, you will learn something about yourself and your threshold for resilience.

Pros

The people you work with are amazing. You definitely make good friends.

Cons

This is a cult They try to instill this culture into you to try and take away from how awful the job is. If you like knocking on doors and/or driving for hours on end to try and be a sleazy salesman or woman this is for you. You don’t make any new connections in the business world because Power Home Remodeling is its own little world. You have no work life balance. They try to make you work more saying you will make more money, when it’s a commission based job. Just an awful job for a human to have to do.

Pros

If you think you can manipulate people into setting window and roofing estimates, this is the job for you.

Cons

So first of all, they make it seem like your'e gonna get hired and have uncapped commission and make a bunch of money. But it's door to door sales, where the company literally forces the entry level hires to memorize a script which is meant to manipulate the clients into letting us give them a "FREE" estimate. Which is essentially when we schedule an appointment where an actual sales person comes takes a few measurements and then gives a 4 hour long sales pitch.
