Pros

If you stay for a little while, you'll get the right sales skills to be very successful wherever you go. So if you insist on working at Power, I recommend having an exit strategy once you realize who you are working for.

Cons

The office culture is toxic in Dallas. Talks really poorly about every single other RVP at power, only because he’s threatened they are more liked and subconsciously he knows everyone des pises him. He’s so weak and in his own head thinking people are insubordinate all the time when in reality he's the freak show making things up in his mind. … that's why this office is a complete mess, and a revolving door. He can’t keep talent, he’s definitely not motivated or paid to, great people keep leaving. Like they MUST know.. From women he harassed to Queer persons. It’s a joke. Stay away. Zero loyalty to any of his people, he back stabbed his best friend Brian to his other best friend River . He lies incessantly, while smiling at you. Don’t waste your time.. You're better of walking into any other construction firm in town and you'll be happier there.

Pros

No limit on earning potential. Millenial company. Everyone is young and energetic. The company promotions are fun and we get a yearly trip to Mexico.

Cons

Leadership here is too busy partying with one another and dating inside the office. It feels like working in a frat house. If you can self motivate yourself then this is a great place. Be ready to kiss up to management to feel accepted. This is not a place for adults. If you are under 25 years old, then join their kids club of an office.

Pros

They bring everyone to Mexico and the money is good if you’re actually good at the job

Cons

Everything else. Poor management.. they play favorites and if you state your opinion on anything then you’re now looked at differently and poorly. They don’t tell you the truth during the interview about how many miles you’ll actually be driving away from your house and they lie about the hours. You’re constantly on call and you work every single Saturday. But if it’s slow you could not even work the whole day. Sounds nice? False. You can’t make any plans or do anything because you can get called out to an appt at any time. If you’re a favorite you can get assigned better appts by higher ups with better odds of doing well. It’s a cult. You will have no life and be unhappy.
