Pros

Power is a good company, but almost had a cult-like feel. Co-workers are cool

Cons

Unless you're hitting commission consistently the pay is terrible. Hours are even worse. Good job if you like getting 50 doors slammed in your face everyday and getting your soul sucked out

Pros

You can make quick money

Cons

The issue with this organization starts at the top. They teach employees to build fear into the homeowner and they prey on that, and not fear that is necessary. they will blow out of proportion normal issues with your windows/roofing/siding etc. To then sell you their product which they lay off as better then anything in the world which is a joke because even if you got a lesser product which you don't have to because there is better out there but let's say you did, you can get it re done almost 3 times for the price they charge. And there sales technique is such a hoax. Don't say yes the first time a sales reps there actually say yes then cancel they'll send another rep out who's gonna drop the price another 30% but you can just get an honest hard working local guy to take care of your construction needs. They pretend to truly care but they don't at all. Oh yeah if you want any slither of a personal life don't work here.

Pros

A job for a little bit during a terrible recession as a young graduate. Some of the guys were cool.

Cons

Values are non-existent. The lies to customers, pressure exerted on marketers to bully people into unwanted demos, and colleagues getting arrested for soliciting should give you a true picture of what it is like to join "Power." Completely unprofessional work environment where the most obscene and profane language imaginable is used freely. Honestly this place is like an underground frat.
