hours are long (they say its 40 hours a week, 11-7, but you really work 48 a week plus every other saturday) managers for the most part only care about their bonus, not individual employee growth its a pyramid that is very well hidden. People take a free estimate thinking that it is a quick 30 min appointment, when a high pressure salesman goes to the home and stays for at least 3 hours trying to force them to buy a product that is overpriced. all the people who think of it as a career are brainwashed. its a big waste of time, only advantage is collecting a paycheck.

-Long hours (usually 11 am - 8 or 9 pm) -Incentives are very hard to obtain / have to rely on the sales representatives -Door to Door sales -Go out door to door in the rain, snow, extreme heat, etc -Very High Turnover rate due to management not being upfront about the "Marketing Position"
