Pros

If you buy into the culture, you can make a lot of money.

Cons

If you don't buy into the culture you will be ostracized. Edison is very clicky, its like high school all over again.

Pros

the people I worked with were amazing but that's about it.

Cons

the company conned the costumers into thinking they would be receiving amazing treatment once they signed all their savings away. they did not care about costumer satisfaction and only cared about the departments that made them more money. any other department was not even spoken about. felt extremely cult like.

Pros

Great benefits, facilities, inclusion and workplace atmosphere. That is unmatched. I believe there is great value in putting in your time in with this company if you start out in your early to mid-20s, it can be very lucrative even after just 3 years and set you up for the future. If you excel at sales, can handle rejection and hit goals consistently, you will succeed here early on.

Cons

Make no mistake, it is a door knocking, walking sales job, there is heavy rejection and rude individuals when going door-to-door and metrics are highly scrutinized on an almost weekly basis, so there is a high turnover rate just like any other sales job because of that. No discredit to the company, but even in 2025, I don't know how a large company this technologically advanced has not figured out a solution to increasing its customer base beyond door-to-door sales. There is a heavy emphasis on an income-based mindset and utilizing skills learned only as a means to an end. If you are new to sales, you will need to dig deep, find a solution to make your goals and in time you can find success.
