Pros

I’ve been with Power Home Remodeling for 15 years, growing from Sales Consultant to Sales Director and now Quality Assurance Manager. That kind of long-term growth only happens in an organization that genuinely invests in its people. Power is deeply committed to both personal and professional development. From elite skill training and leadership development to cutting-edge technology and strong interpersonal culture, the company creates real pathways to success while encouraging you to thrive as a person, not just as an employee. The culture is inclusive, empowering, and purpose-driven. Leadership truly cares about your growth, your goals, and your well-being. I can confidently say I would not be where I am today without Power. It’s more than a workplace, it’s a place I proudly call home.

Cons

The culture runs deep when you thrive here, it can easily become part of your identity and lifestyle. That level of commitment isn’t for everyone, but it’s common in high-performing environments.

Pros

-Sky is the limit. Promotions, transfers, etc. are exclusive to current employees. -Most roles have uncapped earning potential. The ones that don’t have regular, generous raises. Either way, regular and performance based advancement opportunities. -Amazing benefits. Some of the best I’ve had in terms of the usual health/dental/vision, and additional benefits I never could’ve imagined to even ask for. -While every role is different, and each has its own pros/cons, Power schedules in a way for employees to prioritize life. -Exceptional leadership/mentoring/personal development

Cons

- There is definitely a learning curve at every role at Power. Steeper curve for some. It’s barely a con for folks with grit, determination and the ability/hunger to better themselves. That said, I’ve seen people unable or willing to get over the hump. - While every role has an extremely reasonable workload and is scheduled more than fairly, some roles have inconsistent hours that can make it hard to make spontaneous plans with friends family that work a more traditional 9-5.
