      Micro Managers - lack of direction, burning money

      Good pay, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Leadership would rather travel around the country on the company dime than run the business. Micro management is the standard, I don't seem us being in business much longer. Most of the sales team is gone, and management is spending money like it's a bottomless pit while we bring in no revenue. Leadership doesn't want to listen to feedback, just call orders. Truly a terrible place to work.

      still offers a pension for vested employees

      Cons

      Everything about the customer service department is wrong, stressful, no work life balance, cant get a day off, pto is denied, if you call out it goes against you, un-attainable unrealistic expectations.. there are NO people of color in high positons at the company, we can keep going but I dont have time

      Nearly Zero Developer Onboarding

      Pros

      Lot of smart and friendly employees and potential mentors. Leadership is the average corporate sort where the bottom line is profit so this company isn't going anywhere soon which means there is significant job security.

      Cons

      Outdated tech, outdated documentation and nearly zero developer onboarding. An incredible amount of time wasted in meetings that go nowhere. Constantly cutting benefits and the best people were alway looking for a department exit strategy. A lot of inclusivity and culture talk but that's all it was.
