      A few coworkers were amazing

      Cons

      Was let go almost a week ago with zero heads up after working there for a year, they did the same to a couple of other ppl as well. Literally halfway through a normal Monday with no warning, Slack stops working and Figma no longer loads. After shooting them an email to check, two hours later the recruiting company emails back saying today was the last day. No warning, all compliments from their end up to that point. Professional liars. Beware!

      Culture is good. Good work life balance. US employees value real talent and would go a step beyond to retain them.

      Cons

      Slow moving on tech stack. India management makes people work on POCs which 98% is not taken forward. India management does not have a lot of clarity on what things are planned for future. Career progression after mid senior level is not well defined.

      No way to grow in this company. You only move up if you play the social and political game. Hard work means nothing.
