Pros

The large majority of people working there are very nice and very competent, and they value collaboration so you can always find somebody to help with a task when needed. Middle management tries to accommodate their respective department members to help maintain the work/life balance and overall morale of their group. For example some allow you to work remotely as needed.

Cons

At the executive level they seem very un-accommodating and out of touch. This was not the case before a company merger that took place a few years ago. Also the benefits are pretty bare minimum.

Pros

your peers typically are close knit people and great to work with

Cons

overworked, underpaid. they went from valuing the employees to just be purely focusing on noi which in turn has caused a major uptick in employee turnover due to burn out. additionally, the new ops director turned what was once a great culture into a toxic one. if you value your mental health, stay away.

Pros

Its a very wealthy company. There are some really nice people working there and, at times, you can see that the leadership is trying

Cons

There is a huge disparity in who gets paid what, and it is so bad that it is almost unethical. The leadership talk about 'team' and 'we' but getting a raise or creating a share plan that benefits the employees is no where to be seen. The conversation is about how employees are so important to us but there is a clear line for who is more important and who isn't. The level of greed and competition drives nasty power hungry behaviours that crush everyone else in their path. And while this bullying and manipulation happens, so many of the leaders turn away and let the employees get crushed.
