      * Employee Resource Groups * Increased focus on DEIB * Transparency from the top down for business plan & company direction * Wide variety of benefits outside of health insurance * No micromanaging - but this is not the case in all markets * Freedom to innovate and present ideas regardless of position in the company * CEO Hamid Moghadam is involved, accessible, and accountable.

      Cons

      * Open door policy doesn't actually mean open door - compensation increase denied due to not following chain of command * Compensation doesn't match job performance, inflation rates & local housing costs * Limited diversity in leadership * No standardized training - every market & department does peer-to-peer training * Continual change without adequate preparation for the operations teams * Hamid is retiring in the next few years...

      Management Styles/Culture Depending on team, there is no consideration for work/life balance; particularly during large-scale acquisitions Do not make good on their promises/don't actually care about their employees Severely lacking in training Below average bonus structure Employee review process poorly executed Held to expectations that are undefined and a moving target

      Pros

      Very good benefits especially during the start of the pandemic.

      Cons

      Leadership is weak, programs and processes are constantly changing without proper training and mentorship. Short staffed, most staff members are doing the jobs of multiple people. Frustration, burn out.
