Lovely place to work, great business leaders & behaviours
Pros
After 18 months in post, I have found my time at Prologis fulfilling. People in the company are empowered to get on with their work and projects in a wider collaborative culture. Management are very open to communication and actively try to engage the workforce both strategically and genuinely. The company has embraced finding the right work-life balance for people.
Cons
It's genuinely hard to think of "bad" bits, with the pros vastly outweighing any cons. There is some slight old school boomer behaviours from senior leaders sometimes - nothing which offends me personally! Like the wider sector, the diversity and inclusion progress is slower than more progressive sectors, but it is being worked on. Those old heads hold a lot of wisdom too :-)
