      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 20 years - that right there shows I enjoy working here. Prologis values employees that love to learn. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new things in one's current position, and because Prologis is a growing company, there are also opportunities for advancement if that is desired. I also love that Prologis wants to be a leader in not only the REIT space, but in all aspects of the company (general business, innovation, culture, ESG/net zero).

      Cons

      This could be a pro to some people or a con, but I thought I would put it in the con just so it is called out - Prologis is a fast-paced, public company. That is just something to be aware of, as some people may not be interested in that type of atmosphere.

      Pros

      After 18 months in post, I have found my time at Prologis fulfilling. People in the company are empowered to get on with their work and projects in a wider collaborative culture. Management are very open to communication and actively try to engage the workforce both strategically and genuinely. The company has embraced finding the right work-life balance for people.

      Cons

      It's genuinely hard to think of "bad" bits, with the pros vastly outweighing any cons. There is some slight old school boomer behaviours from senior leaders sometimes - nothing which offends me personally! Like the wider sector, the diversity and inclusion progress is slower than more progressive sectors, but it is being worked on. Those old heads hold a lot of wisdom too :-)
