      Great company with open communication

      Pros

      Prologis has built up a culture of diversify and inclusion with open communication. Our company encourages employees to speak up. We have a very powerful intranet where everyone has access to information, messages and stories of our offices around the globe.

      Cons

      Because of time difference, sometimes it takes more time for teams of different countries to communicate on a project.

      Overall a pretty great company to work for

      Pros

      Stable, well-performing company that's always innovating so there's not as much fear of being laid off Quite a lot of little perks like snacks/drinks in the office, hybrid work schedule, company events, and home office reimbursement during covid pandemic Great coworkers Cool office space Good compensation Great amount of PTO

      Cons

      Company is constantly growing, so the workload can seem like too much at times No option to be fully remote and strong preference for coming in 2+ days per week Downtown location, so not a great commute if you don't live downtown Because of the workload, not always as feasible to take all the PTO you get

      The Prologis Technology Team Is A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Prologis is well managed, innovative and treats employees and customers with respect. In more than 20 years working, this is my first work experience where it all comes together. I respect my peers, learn from my boss and have compelling and impactful challenges in my work. Company leadership is really putting money behind pursuing sustainability and innovative solutions for customers. I get to pay my team well, and provide real opportunities to advance and try new things.

      Cons

      I've had plenty of creative criticism for previous employers, but none of it applies here. Everything isn't rosy, we work hard, have big challenges to solve and don't always communicate perfectly. However, compared to all of the other business context that I have, Prologis is great.
