      Pros

      I like working with different people from different backgrounds, and I don’t like to sit down in the office all day so that was great for me also pays good.

      Cons

      can’t make enough money to pay bills because we are contractors with company so there is no guarantee to have assignments every month , And hiding a lot of people makes it worse

      Company has experienced a great deal of growth during the last few years allowing for more work availability. Able to set own schedule Work from home

      Over the phone interpreting is a business where the amount of work is not guaranteed. Since you are paid by the amount of time actually spent working your income fluctuates.
