Pros

Home office, is not sales or customer service. It allows you to do extra time if you need more income. Relatively easy.

Cons

Sometimes is call after call, so your throat gets sore. You can receive a call a minute before your shift ends and are expected to attend it even if it ends hours later, but if you log in/log out a minute earlier/later it is punishable. Also, you have time to go to the bathroom (15 minutes for a full time shift [!!!]), but the WORST thing of all is that you are NOT paid for everyminute of your shift, just when you are taking calls, so sometimes you can be 3 hours in the computer but if you dont receive any calls for 30 minutes (eventhought is not your fault) you're not getting paid for those 30 minutes. Also, no legal beneffits just your salary.

Pros

When I joined Propio, I was captivated by its growth-centric culture and Marco's apparent dedication to both the company's success and the professional development of its employees. However, over the past year, there has been a drastic shift in the company culture. The atmosphere has become tense, with employees constantly fearing for their positions due to frequent and seemingly arbitrary terminations. Moreover, the decision to outsource work to cheaper countries has led to a decline in quality, ultimately impacting client satisfaction. Unfortunately, this cost-cutting strategy has transformed the once collaborative environment into a competitive one, where promotions seem to be based on personal connections rather than merit. Junior employees often feel overlooked and undervalued, as seniority reigns supreme and favoritism becomes apparent in promotion decisions. The pervasive culture of blame and finger-pointing has eroded morale, leaving many of us disheartened by the stark departure from the company we once admired. I sincerely hope that Marco will address these issues and recognize that prioritizing short-term cost reductions over long-term sustainability is detrimental to both employee morale and the company's reputation. True improvement requires more than surface-level changes; it necessitates a recommitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
