Pros

Seems like a good place to work. Everyone is friendly at first and you feel like you belong. At least when you are in the weeds, there are others around you that are with you too.

Cons

Management is more concerned about their money than the employees. Nepotism runs rife throughout the company. Employees are not promoted as managers and C-Suite will bring in their own outside friends for leadership roles. Many regular employees were let go to pay for the top manager's new Tesla and for T-Pain to perform at the Christmas party.

There are some genuinely good and talented people in individual contributor roles.

Cons

This company is a mess. From the top down there is petty infighting, gigantic egos, no clear direction, and the only true vision for the company is to make as much money as possible for the handful of people at the top. With that much dysfunction in the C-suite, it’s no wonder that the culture is extremely toxic. People are on edge all the time, and the worst perpetrators get promoted to leadership roles because of their personal relationships with C-suite, not their ability to manage (which doesn’t exist). Personal vendettas and cutting as many corners as possible to maximize profit rule over doing things well and the right way. They also beg new hires for positive reviews on here so there is some obvious inflation. There are so many better places to work. Don’t waste your time or sanity here.

Best service and quality in the industry. Fantastic group of people. Collaboration is high and the entire company is forward thinking. Very rewarding to make meaningful impacts in the healthcare space
