Pros

The medical insurance was the only pro

Cons

Too many to list. No one actually cares. They say they do but they don't. You are the guinea pig for any new technology that comes out while trying to balance understanding what your job function is because you get absolutely NO team training. They throw you on a team and give you a bunch of work that you have no idea how to complete. You work 90 hours a week because 65 of those hours are used trying to figure out how to do your job and then you only book in 40 hours a week so that your manager doesn't think you're an idiot. HR plays like they don't know what is really going on but they do. Overworked because there is no training and if you do get a random teammate that teaches you something it isn't useful because your next team doesn't do it that way anyway. BIG 4 is not interested in being a good employer but believe me they will send you propaganda all day about how much they're there to support you. They're not. Never get that twisted! All talk, no action. It was like being in a cult! Oh and let me not forget---your promotion is based on the word of a child who is one grade above you. Hope you get someone who likes you and hope that they're not jealous. Unfair from every angle.

Pros

Having the ability to work remotely anywhere within the country is a huge plus. That flexibility is nice. There are real initiatives that focus on diversity and inclusion. However, that is only to mask the downsides to the company.

Cons

There is no respect for work/life balance, nor do they believe in being offline. There are unreasonable expectations that you put in 15+ hours each day, you are penalized for taking vacation, or even setting boundaries so that you can actually have any type of life outside of work. You don’t have time to actually be invested in any of their initiatives or pro-bono/volunteer work but there is the expectation that you dedicate 40 hours to it. Favoritism runs the organization, giving better opportunities to those who are a part of the “cool kids club”. Co-workers are very cutthroat, and there isn’t a sense of team at all. And burnout is a real thing here, and it almost seems like they purposely push you to burnout quickly, like it’s a badge of pride. This company is not worth your sanity.

Pros

Good peers, best onboarding team, good pay and benefits, good tie ups with clients and software OEMs

Cons

Egocentric maniacs, no basic knowledge in the supply chain, all the discussions are empty with key strategic words, leadership to jr consultants think that industry teams are stupid, everyone has fake confidence and ego and feels that big 4 are superior human breed, no respect, insulting work environments
