Pros

1. PwC has employees from different countries whose different culture is awesome to learn from. 2. It is good to work with different nationalities of employees because their ways of reasoning help you to add value.

Cons

1. PwC's cultural diversity is not the best because it is dependent on your nationality. This means if your senior or supervisor who writes your snapshot doesn't like just one thing about your project, they will deliberately rate you too low. 2. Snapshots and reviews of minority employees are screwed and discriminatory. 3. If you are an employee from a third-world country, don't accept a third-world senior or manager to write your snapshot, or else, he/she will deliberately grade you low. Ask for a senior or manager who comes from any of the Western nations. Undeniably, a lot of the seniors who are Americans and Europeans are very good and understanding with empathy for minority employees. 4. A lot of the seniors intentionally assign new employees difficult projects (assignments) simply because they want them to fail. 5. A lot of PwC employees don't respond to greetings if they don't know you or if they realize you are not in the same status as them. 6. A lot of the departments and teams are too toxic and there is no one to seek help.

Pros

Good office location Nice modern office Good perks

Cons

Terrible culture No one has a job title, everyone goes by their [salary] grade making it impossible to figure out who to involve for initiatives Extremely hierarchical organization "Global Teams" do all the implementations without any requirements or inputs from the territories/countries they're delivering too - which means every single system implementation is a disaster, yet we all scratch our heads wondering why the business grinds to a hault My boss blatantly pushes people under the bus to get ahead, I was blamed for 5 things that was his fault - many other managers do the same For a company that comes across as very prestigious it's absolutely baffling how archaic the systems are, processes, software, the culture is exactly like how corporates were in the 90s.

Pros

-Nice modern clean offices -Base pay as an associate is fine (not amazing at all) and obviously has good reputation, when qualified you will earn £££

Cons

-The work (especially audit) is genuinely really dull. I tried my hardest to like it but just couldn't get myself to. -Other associates/junior staff are really nice, and so are the partners. However I found the AM's/Managers/Senior Managers quite difficult to deal with both in social and work related settings - just not particularly nice. -Work life balance is a joke. Before joining a big deal had been made about it but within two weeks I was already working silly hours, while also doing exams. When I raised it as a concern it was waved away. -When associates raised concerns RE hours worked/work life balance one particular manager pretty much laughed and said it had to be dealt with.
