      1. You get to learn much more during initial stage. 2. As for the freshers its a good place to start. 3. If you are looking for a stable company where you see your self working here for many years then this one.

      Cons

      1. The HR activities are not much around. 2. The food provided is also okay not much, the same food cycle is repeated.

      Pros

      Working at QAD is like being a part of a large, global, family. Politics and infighting are almost non-existent. Everyone is very supportive of each other. Executive leadership is open minded and yet direct and clear.

      Cons

      There aren't any organizational cons. Just typical strains of a fast growing company.
